Shipping policy

Processing Time — Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Shipping Times — We ship internationally from our supplier warehouses. Estimated delivery times:

  • Ireland & EU: 7–14 business days
  • UK: 10-16
  • US, Australia : 14–21 business days
  • Rest of the world :14-28
  • Please note delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance and carrier delays.

Shipping Costs — Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Tracking — Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery.

Customs & Duties — For orders within the EU (including Ireland), no additional customs duties apply. For orders shipped to the UK, US, Australia, Norway, Switzerland, and all other non-EU countries, local import taxes and customs duties may apply upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before ordering.

Delays — We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days, please contact us and we'll investigate with the supplier.
