Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Shipping Times We ship internationally from our supplier warehouses. Estimated delivery times:

• Ireland & EU: 7–20 business days
• Please note that delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance and carrier delays.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery.

Customs & Duties For orders within the EU, no additional customs duties apply. Orders from outside the EU may be subject to local import taxes — these are the responsibility of the customer.

Delays We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days, please contact us and we'll investigate with the supplier.
